Lounge

The spacious lounge is furnished with a very comfortable suite, comprising of two large sofas and chair, lots of space to relax on in front of the log fire. Flat screen television, DVD player, Radio/CD Player.

We have a broadband connection point; We offer this facility free to all guests.

Kitchen

Fully fitted and extremely well equipped new kitchen, with Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and separate Tumble Dryer, Electric Double Oven & Hob, Microwave, ample crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Dining Area

Table and chairs to seat up to six in an area off the Lounge.

Double Bedroom

King size bed and fitted wardrobe.

Twin Bedroom

Two single beds and fitted wardrobe. We also have a travel cot which can be set up on request; we do ask that you provide your own linen for cot.

Triple Bedroom

One single bed, a set of bunk beds and large 2+4 chest of drawers.

There is a large sofa-bed in the lounge sleeps a further single person very comfortably.

Please Note: Duvets and pillows are provided as standard, however bed linen (duvet covers/pillow cases) and towels are not provided but can be supplied for a small additional charge (£5/person).

Bathhroom

Newly fitted bathroom, with excellent shower over the bath.

W.C.

Extra WC, always handy.

Patio Area

The patio area at the back of the property faces southwest and, situated in a secluded garden, is ideal for the summer months. Outside chairs and a table are provided.

Garage

The large, secure garage will take one car and offers plenty space to store bikes and sporting equipment. There is room for two cars to park in the driveway.

There is also a very handy porch with seating, ideal for taking off boots and shoes, and ample storage for coats, jackets etc.
